« Good clean fun » (Imperial) '69	Kangaroo	Bizarre mixture of comedy and rock music inspired by Fowley's brief association with the Mothers of Invention. Fowley called in a diverse bunch of friends to help on the record including the Byrds' Skip Battin, a young Warren Zevon (whom Battin was producing at the time), and a couple of passing Bonzos, Neil Innes and Viv Stanshall.
« I'm bad » (Capitol) '72	I'm bad	Here's Fowley perfecting his wild, crazed, rock 'n' roll outlaw persona, at times invaded by the spirit of Captain Beefheart. He gathered a mighty fine set of musicians for the band, including Mars Bonfire (Steppenwolf) on guitar.
« International heroes » (Capitol) '73	I hate you	This is what everyone calls the "glam" or "glitter" LP of Kim Fowley. It's true that once in London, he certainly was influenced by the climax of the year (actually 1972) which was all for Bolan & Bowie. Since these 2 glam stars were an adaptation of Dylan, it's no surprise this album is what Kim Fowley tried to do with Dylan to produce his own glam identity.

JASON CREST (Turnbridge Wells, England) single (Philips) '69	Black mass	Le dernier d'une poignée de simples parus en moins de 3 ans. Nous sommes loin du psychédélisme à forte teneur pop qui caractérisait leurs premiers efforts.

Kim FOWLEY « Born to be wild » (Imperial) '68	Born to be wild	Album composé de versions instrumentales de hits de l'époque (« Hello, I love you »...). Habitué de la maison d'accueil imaginée par Fowley pour les musiciens en déshérence, Mars Bonfire lui apportera son rageur jeu de guitare, notamment sur « Outrageous » puis « I'm bad ».
